With the end of the year approaching, we continue to have positive news for Hamilton, New Jersey home owners.  Homes for sale in Hamilton have been on the move continuously for several months now.    With the average number of homes sold per month now being 60, we have sold more than the average every month consistently since May with the last few months virtually more than 80!

So what does all this good news mean to you?   Well basically it means that home sales are on the rise again in Hamilton, New Jersey.  Now that does NOT mean that prices of homes have gone up, it does mean that the number of contracts written has gone up.

Great News for Bordentown, New Jersey home owners, homes for sale in Bordentown especially homes for sale in the every popular Clifton Mills community, have been on the move continuously for several months now.    With the average number of homes sold per month being 7, we have sold more than the average every month consistently since June!  

So what does all this good news mean to you?   Well basically it means that home sales are on the rise again in Bordentown, New Jersey.  Now that does NOT mean that prices of homes have gone up, it does mean that the number of contracts written has gone up.    If you are considering selling a home in Bordentown or in Clifton Mills,  New Jersey, now might be a great time to do that.
