WHAT A RELIEF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is what Desiree Daniels and RE/MAX means to my husband and I.  When I see the commercials I now breathe a sigh of relief. 

About 6 Months ago my husband and I were having difficulty with selling our beautiful house.  The problem was not our house; it was the real estate people we were dealing with.  I was helpless and began searching for an honest realtor who would listen to our problems and feel as we did.

Sympathetic and professional Desiree came to our rescue.  She told us the facts, the way they were, and helped to reassure us that this too will pass. Well a short time thereafter, it did.  I thank them everyday in my prayers.  

They calmed us down and helped with whatever we needed done on the New Jersey side, especially because we were so far away.  I dont ever want to have to sell another house again, but if I had to, Desiree and Al would be the two that I would trust.   My husband & I left to relocate to another state and were completely confident that they would take care of my asset. AND THEY DID!!

Desiree Daniels and her team acted on our behalf with a degree of professional, discretion, and concern for our welfare and comfort with the home-selling process that places her at the highest levels of her vocation in our view. She provided diligent, efficient and effective representation at each stage of the process.   We are certain that our estimation and appreciation of her efforts must be the norm among her clients. 

To be more specific, Desiree assisted with identifying appropriate comparable properties in Hamilton and was particularly helpful in comparing the relative strengths and weaknesses of properties based on her knowledge of the neighborhoods, the condition of the homes, the designs and improvements, and the prior history of each property. 

She brought to bear her knowledge and experience in Hamilton generally, understanding full well the differences among the various Hamilton school districts and the sort of buyer who would be attracted to our property and district.

During negotiations with various potential buyers, Desiree represented our interests aggressively and fairly, and her reputation and stature within the community of real estate agents in the Hamilton area proved, I believe, essential to securing strong offers and then persuading buyers and buyer agents to raise them.

Her knowledge of the market, including relationships with other brokers, contractors and sub-contractors, and public officials proved indispensable.  For instance, she was able to quickly and efficiently assist us in handling all requested repairs from the buyer’s and the Township’s inspection reports.  And when a large pool table, which the buyer did not want left at the property, proved to be difficult to sell, she found a friend willing to take on the huge job or disassembling and transporting the table from the basement for us.
